“The history of Fires on Wilsons Prom” Jim Whelan 4 Sept 2018

Our monthly meeting, Tuesday 4th September, 7.30pm, Crawford Hall, Foster Museum, will host a presentation by Jim Whelan,Ecological Restoration Project Officer, Yanakie Isthmus Grassland Restoration, on the history of fires on Wilsons Prom and how they have shaped the present day vegetation.

The usual members meeting will precede this talk and to round out the evening tea, coffee and cakes are served. Non-members are welcome but there is a small charge for refreshments.

Entry to the hall is from the rear of the car park and automatic lighting is present. Do come, this will be a fascinating presentation
